1、 Switch UV curing lamp
1. Startup sequence: turn on the main power supply → turn on the governor (use the frequency converter to adjust the required speed) → turn on the UV lamp switch in turn (select the appropriate gear) → the cooling fan starts automatically after 3 minutes → normal operation after 10 minutes.
2. UV shutdown sequence: turn off the UV lamp first → turn off the cooling fan automatically after 5-8 minutes → turn off the governor → turn off the power switch
(1) When turning on the lights, turn on the lights in turn. The interval between each lamp is about 1 minute. Don't turn them on together.
(2) After turning off the light, the fan shall continue to operate for a period of time until the cooling of the lamp tube is stopped.
(3) If you want to start again after turning off the lamp, be sure to start after the lamp is completely cooled, otherwise it will not start when the surface temperature of the lamp is very high.
(4) After turning on the UV curing lamp, it can not be put into production immediately. There should be a period of lamp preheating time. When the temperature is high in summer, the preheating time is short; When the temperature is low in winter, the preheating time is longer, and the preheating time is about 2-3 minutes. If the UV machine has strong and weak light equipment, it should start turning on the light in the strong gear. This can shorten the preheating time of the tube, and if the demand is low, it can be adjusted to the low light level after the preheating end.
2、 Lamp tube maintenance
(1) The service life of UV lamp is generally 1500-2600 hours, and it shall be replaced after reaching the service life.
(2) During the operation of the UV lamp, clean the reflector on the surface of the lamp tube and the reflector with absolute ethanol and gauze at an appropriate time (1-2 weeks), and then rotate the UV lamp tube 180 degrees. The lampshade reflector shall be replaced after losing the mirror effect.
3、 Speed conditioning
(1) Speed selection method: first pass the product through the UV curing equipment at a certain speed. If it is cured, speed up the speed until the product passing through the curing equipment just can't be cured completely. At this time, the speed is multiplied by 0.8.
(2) In addition, pay attention to the application time of UV lamp. With the extension of UV lamp application time, the energy will decay and the speed will be slowed down.
4、 Transformer, capacitor
(1) Suitable terminals shall be selected for the incoming line of UV light curing machine transformer according to the field voltage.
(2) After the capacitor of UV curing machine is used, if it is repaired, it must be discharged to prevent injury caused by capacitor discharge.
5、 When operating the UV curing machine, ultraviolet rays will harm eyes and skin. When turning on the lamp, please do not look directly at the surface of the lamp tube, and do not let ultraviolet rays irradiate exposed skin.
